The service is operated under the project name freemockup.video and helps users create animated device mockup videos from screenshots, recordings, and other product media.

You are responsible for using the service in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules. Do not use the website to create illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or misleading content.

User-uploaded content

You keep your rights in content you upload. You must have permission to upload and use any screenshots, videos, app interfaces, logos, trademarks, text, artwork, and other material. You are responsible for exported content and where you publish it.

Intellectual property and exports

freemockup.video, its interface, source code, site content, and device scene assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The service does not claim ownership of your uploaded content. Generated exports may be used by you subject to these terms and your responsibility for the underlying uploaded materials.

Third-party content and services

The website may load third-party services such as Vercel Web Analytics, Cloudflare infrastructure, Google AdSense if advertising is enabled, YouTube no-cookie embeds, CDNs, Instagram, WhatsApp, Discord, and hosting infrastructure. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
