Terms of Service

1. Agreement and operator

These Terms govern your use of freemockup.video, operated by BuildWithDeni in Tirana, Albania. By creating an account or otherwise accepting these Terms, you enter into an agreement with the operator for use of the service. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. Mandatory rights that apply in your country are not excluded by these Terms.

2. The service

freemockup.video provides browser-based tools for creating and exporting device mockups and promotional media. The service includes a Free editor, optional Pro features, browser-local drafts, authenticated cloud projects, public project-sharing links, and an admin-curated library of free marketplace templates.

Features, supported formats, limits, and availability may change. Browser, device, GPU, media-codec, and network differences can affect previews and exports. The service is provided on an “as available” basis, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

3. Pro subscriptions and Freemius

Pro is sold through Freemius, which acts as Merchant of Record for the subscription transaction. Freemius processes payment, applicable transaction taxes, receipts, refunds, and payment disputes under its terms. freemockup.video does not receive your complete payment-card number.

Monthly subscriptions renew monthly and yearly subscriptions renew yearly until canceled. The price, currency, taxes, renewal date, and final amount are shown at checkout. You may manage or cancel through the Freemius customer portal available from your profile. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; failed or unpaid renewals may end Pro access.

Checkout completion alone does not grant Pro. Access changes only after a cryptographically verified Freemius checkout return or webhook and a current license check. We do not offer a separate voluntary refund guarantee. Refunds, withdrawal rights, and remedies are provided where required by applicable law or Freemius’s terms. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding access to your email and OAuth accounts, and activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account is compromised.

You may download your account data or request account deletion through your profile. Account deletion is permanent. Where an active Pro subscription exists, subscription cancellation must be confirmed before deletion so recurring billing is not left unmanaged. Certain minimal billing, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal records may be retained where required.

5. Your content and public sharing

You keep ownership of screenshots, recordings, audio, text, logos, project data, and other material you upload. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, and render that content only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

You must have all rights and permissions needed for uploaded material and resulting exports. Public share links can be accessed by anyone who receives the link. New public links expire after 30 days and signed-in owners may revoke them sooner. Do not share confidential or sensitive material through a public link.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate law or third-party rights; create fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, hateful, exploitative, or malicious material; distribute malware; probe or bypass security or access controls; overload the service; scrape or resell the service; or reverse engineer protected code or assets except where law expressly permits it.

We may remove content or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address violations, security threats, legal demands, fraud, or harm. We will consider context and applicable law where practicable.

7. Templates, exports, and intellectual property

The service, interface, code, templates, animations, scene assets, and branding are owned by or licensed to the operator. You may use generated exports for lawful personal or commercial projects, but you may not extract, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the underlying templates, 3D models, or service assets as standalone resources.

Apple, iPhone, iPad, MacBook, Samsung, and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively. freemockup.video is not sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with those owners unless expressly stated.

8. Free marketplace templates

The current marketplace contains only free, admin-curated templates. Claiming a template imports a copy into your account under the applicable Free or Pro editor limits. Paid creator sales, creator payouts, and buyer ownership of paid templates are not currently offered.

9. Third-party services and links

The service relies on providers including Supabase, Vercel, Freemius, Google OAuth, and content-delivery infrastructure. Optional external links and embeds are governed by their providers’ terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, subject to applicable law.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, compatibility with every device, or that every export will meet a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability relating to paid service is limited to the amount paid for Pro during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited, including liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Termination, changes, and disputes

You may stop using the service at any time. We may change or discontinue features and may update these Terms for product, provider, security, or legal reasons. Material changes will be presented for renewed acceptance or otherwise notified as required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Albania. Courts with jurisdiction in Albania may hear disputes, but consumers retain any mandatory protections and forum rights provided by the law of their country of residence.

12. Reports and contact

Report infringement, unlawful content, security concerns, or questions by identifying the relevant URL and issue and contacting us. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive information.
